  Feng Shui for the Hallway

An entrance is the most important part of a home or office. Too dark and its energy is depleted, to bright and it’s overloaded and may be negative in its affect. Whilst a feng shui survey will determine how best to tap this energy, in general and entrance should be clear, clutter free and have open land in front of the main door. Internally, depending on the location and element requirements, you should decorate and furnish in appropriate colours styles and finishes.

 

If it is a business it is important to clearly display the company name or logo at the entrance, and keep it clear of obstructions.

 

If your hallway is big enough, console table to display appropriate items are ideal, slim, elegant and stylish and will allow the occupants to display personal energy items to greet you as you walk into the room.
